This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need to run your engagements.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, region), the content of your requests and project briefs, billing records, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, deliver and bill your engagements, communicate about your work, and improve our services. We do not sell your data.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through our payment partners. We store invoice and payment records, but full card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
4. Mediated communication
To protect both sides, communication between clients and freelancers is mediated through the platform and identities are anonymised. We retain these records as part of your project history.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the team and contractors working on your engagement, and with service providers (such as hosting and payments) under appropriate confidentiality. We may disclose data where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep account and project records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and export your project records. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Contact
For any privacy question or request, reach us at the contact address below. We will help you exercise your rights.
