Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Asak Design and the services we provide. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Asak Design is a design-as-a-service studio operated by Asak Digital, based in Bandung, Indonesia. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Asak Digital; "you" refers to the client account holder.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure. You must verify your email before accessing your workspace. Do not share access with people outside your organisation.
3. Engagements & payment
Project packages are paid in full before work begins. Subscriptions are billed in advance each cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in IDR for Indonesian clients and USD for international clients.
4. Scope & delivery
Project scope, price, and timeline are agreed up front. Subscription requests are handled one active slot at a time, in the order received. We deliver through your workspace and notify you at each milestone.
5. Revisions
Subscriptions include unlimited revisions within an active request. Project packages include the revisions stated in their scope; work beyond that scope is quoted separately.
6. Ownership
Once an engagement is paid in full, ownership of the final approved deliverables and their source files transfers to you. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Pause, cancellation & refunds
Subscriptions can be paused between cycles, with remaining days carried over, and cancelled at the end of any period. A project rejected before pickup is refunded in full. Work already in progress is not refundable.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use our services for unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, or to request work you do not have the right to commission. We may decline or stop work that breaches these terms.
9. Liability
We deliver our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement that gave rise to it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes are communicated through your account. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
