Design subscriptions
A set number of design tasks each month, handled a slot at a time by a dedicated PM. Pause or cancel at the end of any cycle.
A slot is one request being worked on at that moment. More slots means more requests moving in parallel, not a longer queue.
Your monthly quota is the number of standard tasks we complete each billing period. A standard task is one deliverable of roughly four hours of work: one social media set, one landing page, or ten slides.

Pricing questions
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown before any applicable tax. Indonesian invoices include VAT where required; export-of-service invoices are handled per your region.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly and run until you cancel. We issue each cycle invoice automatically and you pay it from your workspace, so nothing is charged to your card on its own. You only ever pay for your plan cycle.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move up or down between cycles, and changes take effect on your next renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel a subscription at period end and keep your board until it closes. If a paid request is not picked up, reach us at biz@asakdigital.com and we will sort it out.
