1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, region), the content of your requests and briefs, billing records, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, deliver and bill your engagements, communicate about your work, and improve our services. We do not sell your data.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser local storage to remember your theme, your language preference, and your signed-in session. These are functional cookies, not advertising cookies, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem for subscriptions billed in USD and by Tripay for subscriptions billed in IDR. We store invoice and payment records, but full card details are handled by the payment provider, never by us. Each provider processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

5. Mediated communication

To protect both sides, communication between clients and designers is mediated through the platform and identities are anonymised. We retain these records as part of your request history.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the team and contractors working on your engagement, and with service providers, such as hosting and payments, under appropriate confidentiality. We may disclose data where required by law.

7. Where data lives

Your data is stored with hosting providers selected for security and reliability. We do not publish exact server locations here, but we can share general hosting information on request.

8. International transfers

Because our clients and specialists work from different countries, your data may be processed outside Indonesia. Where that happens, we require our providers to protect it to a standard consistent with this policy.

9. Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-respecting usage measurement to understand how the site is used and to fix problems. No such tool is active today; if we adopt one, this section will name it. We do not run any third-party advertising trackers on the marketing site.

10. Retention

We keep account and project records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18, and we ask that no one under that age submit personal data to us directly.

12. Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and export your project records. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
